Gunjan Srivastava is an experienced Educationist and Administrator, seamlessly balancing her work and social life. As the Principal of a renowned school in Moradabad, she has carved a niche for herself in the field of education.
Born and raised in Lucknow, Gunjan Srivastava completed her schooling at a Montessori School before moving to Meerut for higher studies. She pursued an M.Phil in Biotechnology and has been residing in Moradabad for the past seventeen years.
Srivastava’s professional journey began as a Research Scholar in Lucknow. After moving to Moradabad, she worked as a Microbiology Teacher at a Dental College. However, the job was not feasible for her as she also had to take care of her young child.
She took a break for a few years and resumed her career as a Biology Teacher. Her dedication and hard work earned her the position of Vice-Principal. Six years ago, she took the bold step of starting her own school, and she has been successfully running it.
Gunjan believes that starting her school was the right decision, as it allows her to manage both her family and work efficiently. She loves her job, especially the joy of educating.
In her free time, Gunjan Srivastava enjoys practicing yoga, listening to music, and reading books.
Her success mantra is to strive for your goals with relentless hard work and by never giving up.
The COVID pandemic was a challenging period for Gunjan, both personally and professionally. She lost her brother and sister-in-law to the disease, which almost drove her into depression. Additionally, she lost her job. Though she later found a new job, the personal losses left a lasting void in her heart.
Gunjan Srivastav’s father is her role model, always encouraging her to become a better version of herself. Professionally, she draws inspiration from a senior who manages her school admirably, helping her with her administrative duties.
If given a chance to relive a fragment of her past, Gunjan would choose to return to her childhood and experience those moments of fun and innocence once again.
