Gunjan Kumar Das works in an MNC and along with that, he is also a volunteer for Sarang Welfare Society - a youth-run NGO.
Gunjan hails from Kolkata, West Bengal. He completed his schooling in Kolkata and is currently pursuing his B.Com. Accounts Honours from Kolkata itself.
Gunjan grew up in a joint family and has joyous memories from his childhood. Growing up, he was also associated with sports and has represented his school and club teams in various cricket competitions. Presently, Gunjan is working at an MNC company.
Gunjan joined the NGO in 2020. Since then, he says, they have seen many ups and downs and have got numerous opportunities to help people which they have thoughtfully utilised too.
When asked about his role models, Gunjan says he believes in inculcating good habits in himself from anyone and everyone he can. He says, this way, instead of having one role model he has many.
Talking about the mistakes he has committed, Gunjan says that he had started getting over-confident during his teens, which was a mistake and which he has now resolved through introspection.
During his free time, Gunjan likes to go out with his friends and explore. He also likes playing games with his friends.
Advising the teenagers, Gunjan says that you should rectify your mistakes while you have time, and keep hustling without giving up.
