Geeta Paliwal has been working at Vidya Bhawan Senior Secondary School for eight years.
Geeta was born and brought up in Udaipur. She spent her childhood in the city and in the village, too. She feels that she had a blessed childhood because she received full freedom as a female which other females in her village were not getting.
Talking about her journey in life, Geeta says that she remained a housewife for 12 years. Then, due to some circumstances, she thought of doing a job. She did her B.Ed in 2012 and then joined Vidya Bhawan as a teacher.
Sharing her interests and hobbies, Geeta says that she likes to be alone and read books. She also likes singing, bird watching and dancing in her spare time.
If a Time Machine is given to her, Geeta would like to go back in time and convert the 12 years of her life as a housewife into a career-oriented period. Also, she would like to relive her childhood.
When asked about role models in her life, Geeta says that she considers her parents as her role models. She is also inspired by other people who came her way in different stages of her life.
Advising the youth, Geeta says that they must keep patience and work hard to achieve success. They should never take any shortcuts for success.
To the aspirants in the field of teaching, Geeta advises them that they should be perfect in their subjects and also understand the psychology of the students. They should not be partial in dealing with the students because teachers have to build a good nation.
