As a Photographer, Gaurav aims to transform his vision into a beautiful picture, a feeling that goes beyond words. He enjoys traveling and capturing his surroundings along the way.

Gaurav Meghwal is a Photographer who has been in this profession for five years now.

Gaurav studied at Techno India NJR Institute of Technology, Udaipur and since his first year, he has had a keen interest in this field. Then he started working as a Freelance Travel Photographer.

Born in Udaipur, Gaurav spent his early life in a village and obtained his basic education from a government school. Identifying his interest in photography, Gaurav started small, clicking photos of flowers and the environment with a phone, before he decided to get a camera for himself.

Talking about the pandemic, Gaurav says that he had nothing to do as a photographer since work from home commenced. He says that a photographer needs to work on their skills and have knowledge of relevant software and editing. He adds that one should also know how to use the gadgets and equipment well and be creative in their approach. Gaurav says that training equally plays an important role in Photography and one needs to keep exploring.

In his leisure time, Guarav likes to talk to his friends and focus on his health. He is into cycling, yoga and meditation.

Gaurav doesn't have a role model as such, but he learns along the way from his father , little brother and his peers. He feels that learning from elders helps you in decision making and the young generation teaches you to be more creative and energetic.

If Gaurav could go back in a Time Machine, he would go back to his 2nd year and convince his family to let him pursue Travel Blogging and Photography instead of Engineering.

Gaurav says that not everyone can be a born leader and they learn through experiences. He says that a good leader works in synergy with his team members.

He feels that one should not live in the past and take life positively. “There is a hope that is waiting for you in the dark” is the quote he lives by.
