A talented singer, Gaurav started his journey in the music field at an early age. Despite facing obstacles along the way, he pursued his passion for music and is now making a career in the music industry.

Gaurav Joshi is a Musician and Singer in Udaipur.

Gaurav belongs to Udaipur and has been working in the music field professionally for the last one year. He started his musical journey when he was in the eighth grade. Initially, he started his career with group singing and gradually built his confidence in solo singing.

Recalling his childhood, Gaurav says that he was very naughty and talkative in his early days. He remembers various moments of his childhood and still cherishes those memories of having fun with his friends.

Gaurav shares that his first love was cricket, and he wanted to excel in that sport. But later he realised that he could also make a career in the music field. He is also pursuing an MBA but has always wanted to follow his passion for music. He likes to sing songs of the soulful genre which suit his voice. He likes to sing cover versions of songs sung by Arijit Singh.

Talking about his hard times, Gaurav says that he did not even have the money to buy a Guitar for practice. His parents were not supportive, and he faced many hardships. But he managed all the things on his own and also bought a guitar with the help of his cousin brother.

Gaurav’s role model is Arijit Singh, as his voice inspires him a lot. Gaurav thinks Arijit also has a down-to-earth personality.

Gaurav advises that to enter any field, the most important thing is passion. One would have to work hard to have opportunities and chances in the music field.

Sharing his achievements, Gaurav says that his biggest accomplishment was having a record of a hundred percent attendance for four consecutive years at his school. He also earned many certificates in drawing, music, cricket, and other co-curricular activities.

The famous quote by Swami Vivekananda, Arise, awaken, and move forward, motivates and encourages him a lot.

Comparing education and experience, Gaurav says that both are equally important. A proper balance of education and experience is required in life. Knowledge of theory is important before applying it practically.

If given a time machine to go back in time, Gaurav would go back to the year 2020 and practice playing the guitar so that he would have experience from three years ago. He also wants to learn the skill of time management.

In his free time, Gaurav likes to play cricket. He also likes to write songs and draw.
