Gaurav Gurjar is the marketing director of Inspiro and the founder of WampFire.

Gaurav was born and brought up in Udaipur. He completed high school at St. Gregorios School. Later, Gaurav enrolled at the Techno India NJR Institute of Technology in Udaipur, where he pursued a degree course in engineering. During his time in college, Gaurav secured multiple awards for participating in track events. But with such indulgence in sports, Gaurav lagged behind in his studies and had 36 backlogs, which were almost impossible to clear. But with the utmost determination, Gaurav decided to put in all his efforts and ultimately graduated from the university with an engineering degree.

Sharing his pandemic experiences, Gaurav says that the outbreak of the pandemic brought stagnation to our lives; all the businesses stopped, and this affected Gaurav severely, as he was responsible for his staff. Still, even in such adverse conditions, Gaurav managed to pay people their salaries. Gaurav's style of management is free-flowing, and he never likes to interfere in the work of any person. He feels that people should, together as a team, focus on a single thing, and that is achieving the goal.

Gaurav believes that education plays an integral role in a person's life. According to him, it improves the effectiveness of the experience in the long run. Gaurav advises the younger generation to always be in pursuit of knowledge in any given field. He also says that they should always strive to give their 100% to all initiatives and tasks.

During his free time, Gaurav likes to sing, travel, and spend time alone in order to discover himself.

Gaurav considers his father his role model, as he faced several struggles in his life and never gave up. He always followed the right path and did everything he could in order to succeed and support his family.
