During his competitive exam preparation days, Mr. Rai recognized Gajendra’s exceptional command of English comprehension and entrusted him with the responsibility of teaching his peers. This confidence placed in him was transformative—it was his first opportunity to teach a large group of students. Under Mr. Rai’s guidance, Gajendra went from mentoring a batch of nine students to eventually teaching thousands of students preparing for competitive exams.

Today, many of his former students hold positions in Rajasthan and across other states, showcasing the far-reaching impact of his teaching efforts. Gajendra Singh takes immense pride in their success, viewing it as a testament to the principle that success is not handed down—it is earned through perseverance and struggle.

He passionately advises aspiring teachers to embrace this noble calling with sincerity and determination. "The more you grow as a teacher, the more your students will benefit from your efforts," he asserts. The QR codes allow educators and parents to scan and access detailed video tutorials demonstrating the step-by-step process of making these toys. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gajendra played a significant role in assessing and enhancing digital tools like the Rajasthan government’s RKSMB application, which facilitated remote learning. Collaborating with a dedicated team of educators, he helped create high-quality videos, interactive teaching-learning materials (TLMs), and resources like selfie posters to make learning more engaging.
