Fatima Kolyariwala is a Research Analyst at Arcgate.

Hailing from Udaipur, Fatima Kolyariwala has seen some tough times in life when her husband passed away very early in life. But, her family gave her strength and in order to stabilize her life she joined Arcgate. She also did it as she wanted to become a role model for her children that whatever happens in life you shall never lose hope.

Fatima is a graduate from MohanLal Sukhadia University. She is working at Arcgate as a Research Analyst. She considers her parents as her role models who taught her to not lose heart and move on in life, come what may. She also feels grateful to the management of Arcgate who supported her wholeheartedly in her bad times.

She feels that these pandemic times are also a challenge for everyone. Work-from-home was not easy to adapt to, initially. But, with cooperative management and supportive team leaders, she was able to do it.

Her struggle has developed a power inside her to accept change as it comes and she is a proud Arcgatian.
