A dedicated advocate, Er. Insaf Ali has made significant strides in various sectors, driven by a passion for helping those in need. Balancing roles as an engineer, advocate, and businessman, his mission remains focused on the betterment of society and fostering unity and progress for the nation.

Er. Insaf Ali Azad is an Advocate at The Supreme Court of India and the National Coordinator of AICC-Minority Department, in-charge of Gujarat.

He also serves as the managing director at the New Padmavati Private Industrial Training Institute in Bundi and Techno ITI in G.N. Private Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Baran. Additionally, he is the legal advisor of G.N. Private Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Baran,  Azad Group Of Educational Institutions in Lucknow and provides legal support to many other institutes.

As an advocate, Er. Insaf Ali is passionate about helping the underprivileged and those in need of legal assistance. In his role as the coordinator of the AICC-Minority Department, he is dedicated to the development of all minority communities in India, including Jain, Buddhist, Sikhs, and Muslims.

Er. Insaf Ali Azad's career into law was inspired by his upbringing in poverty and witnessing injustice. His childhood experiences and exposure to senior advocates motivated him to pursue a career in advocacy to fight against injustice and help those in need.

He holds diplomas in plastic technology, mechanical engineering, and automobile engineering, in addition to completing his BA, MA, and law degrees. Furthermore, he obtained a post-graduate diploma in business management from the Bhabha Institute of Management Science, Udaipur.

Er. Insaf Ali shares that he has fond memories of playing football during his childhood and continues to enjoy the sport.

At his law firm, 'Azad Law Firm,' he and his colleagues primarily focus on private legal practice, working tirelessly for justice and providing aid to the less fortunate, says Er. Insaf Ali.

Since 2007, Er. Insaf Ali has been actively engaged in the legal field as an associate lawyer, leading a group of dedicated legal professionals at the 'Azad Law Firm.'

When asked about his role models, he says that he regards Rahul Gandhi and Imran Pratapgarhi, a Member of the Rajya Sabha, as his role models due to their fearless and honest personalities.

He adds that the song "chal akela, chal akela" from the movie 'Sambandh' serves as a source of motivation for him, reminding him to persevere even when facing solitary paths. He is proud to have pursued his education independently, overcoming various challenges along the way.

Er. Insaf Ali expresses gratitude for his current position, which encompasses his roles as an engineer, advocate, and businessman. In addition to his legal pursuits, he has established educational institutions, including B.Ed colleges, to provide education to economically disadvantaged individuals.

For those aspiring to work in the educational field, Er. Insaf emphasises the importance of prioritising student service and contributing to society over financial gains.

His advice to individuals entering the legal profession is to assist those in need, promote legal awareness, and work for the betterment of society. Lastly, he encourages students to remain united, educated, and committed to the welfare of the nation.
