Leaving behind the ups and downs of her life, Ela Mehra is working hard to pursue her dream career.

Ela Mehra is working as a teacher at Stanvard Senior Secondary School in Udaipur.

Ela lives in Udaipur. She was born in Dewas in Madhya Pradesh. She completed her education in Dewas itself. She is an M.B.A. in Marketing and Human Resource Management. She wanted to make her career in the HRM field, says Ela.

Sharing her childhood memories, Ela says that she used to play games like Gilli danda, sitolia, hide and seek and many other games. She misses her childhood games and the time spent with her friends.

Talking about her entry into the field of teaching, Ela says that when she was in Dewas, she joined a coaching institute and taught Marketing and HRM there. After her marriage, she came to Udaipur. She joined Stanvard School as a teacher and then did a D.El. Ed. course, says Ela.

Sharing about her Covid experience, Ela says that she spent her time with her newborn baby during that time. She had also faced a lot of other problems like financial constraints during the pandemic.

Advising the youngsters, Ela says that in today's competitive world they have a lot of options to select their careers. She suggests that there are many exams conducted for government jobs in which they can build their career.

To the parents, Ela advises them that they should never pressurize their children. They should motivate their children and give proper guidance and support them to choose their field of interest so that they can work and build their dream careers.

To one and all, Ela suggests that boys and girls should be treated equally in every field. Also, employers should not harass their employees, advises Ela.
