A versatile teacher, Ekta, with a unique pedagogy, believes that education is not just about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing the holistic development of students.

Ekta, born in Delhi, is a versatile teacher with expertise in pedagogy and student emotional well-being. Growing up in an army officer's family, she completed her education at St. Mary's Convent School in Udaipur after her father's retirement. Ekta's expertise in pedagogy and emotional awareness make her an exceptional teacher.

Ekta considers herself extremely fortunate to have had the support of all of her loved ones throughout her life. Her father has always been a pillar of support for her throughout her childhood. After her marriage, she received the same kind of support from her husband. Both of them have always encouraged her to pursue her dreams. After her marriage, Ekta continued her studies and became an English major, thus pursuing her career as a teacher. Ekta's husband has been her biggest cheerleader and source of inspiration.

Ekta began her career as a teacher; even though she wanted to work in a corporate environment, she began teaching pre-primary students, and gradually, with the help of her colleagues, she understood the work efficiently. Ekta had a mediocre academic record, but even so, she gained a lot of knowledge from her life's experiences, which helped mold who she is today. Despite not initially pursuing her desired career in a corporate environment, Ekta found fulfillment and success as a teacher. Her dedication and passion for educating young minds grew over time, and she became an invaluable asset to her students and colleagues alike.

Ekta is an enthusiastic educator who enjoys seeing her students' smiles. She always goes above and beyond to comprehend a student's issues and weaknesses. She appreciates the love she receives from her students and always learns something new from them.

Her role model, KN Viji, motivated her to read more. He is the reason she developed the habit of reading. She also looks up to her husband, who has guided her in life. She quit her profession because of depression. Her father’s death was traumatic for her, and it resulted in her becoming stubborn, introverted, and unsocial.

Ekta emphasizes that depression is not taboo and should be treated by seeking medical attention and therapy. She believes that friends and family should be supportive and open to conversations during this time. It is crucial for individuals to seek help and not feel ashamed.

Ekta gives advice to aspiring teachers to comprehend students' mindsets and show empathy for them. They should always be approachable and friendly to their wards. She also counsels the younger students to form the habit of reading.
