Dr. Vijata Arya is a Yoga-Naturopathy doctor and the Managing Director at Kayakalp Yoga Prakritik Chikitsalaya in Sohana, Gurugram..
Sharing about her journey, Vijata says she had been interested in naturopathy since childhood, as her father is a senior naturopath in India. She didn't want to join the field when she was a child because the field was not recognized at that time, and there was also a lot of struggle in naturopathic treatment. She became a lecturer, and after that, she decided to start her own naturopathic center with the vision to treat people.
Recalling her childhood, she says she was brought up in an Arya Samaj guided environment where yoga, yagya, and other cultural activities were part of daily practice. She used to participate in all the activities and see people getting treatment from naturopathy.
Sharing her achievements, Vijata says she got a silver medal at an Asian Yoga Sports Federation event in Thailand. She has also been a national gold medalist in yoga. She also has her name featured in the Indian Book of Records for remaining in the 'Padma Bakasana’ for two and a half minutes'. Furthermore, she says she continued to treat patients during the pandemic and cured many of them with the help of naturopathy.

Vijata’s life mantra is "Errors, like straws, flow upon the surface; one who would search for pearls must dive below."
Advising the youth, Vijata says you should be positive even in a negative environment and never stop believing in yourself. Furthermore, she says that exercise, fasting, and fruit consumption should be part of our daily routine as they will help us live a healthier life. Making naturopathy a lifestyle has become essential for kids of today’s generation. She says that she is looking forward to treating society with naturopathy.
