At the center, he actively treats patients suffering from cervical pain, back pain, knee pain, paralysis, post-operative complications, knee replacement recovery, muscle weakness, and various rehabilitation-related conditions. His role primarily focuses on helping patients gradually regain movement, strength, coordination, and confidence through structured physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques.

Dr. Tokib Khan believes that physiotherapy is not limited to physical treatment alone. According to him, every patient requires emotional understanding, psychological support, and a sense of trust before beginning recovery. Whenever a patient arrives at the center, he first tries to understand their condition, mindset, discomfort, and personal challenges before designing rehabilitation support accordingly.

He works as part of a coordinated team where major treatment goals and recovery planning are supervised by Dr. Rahil Iqbal, while he focuses on achieving rehabilitation milestones such as muscle reactivation, restoring muscle memory, improving gait patterns, strengthening movement coordination, and helping patients regain speech patterns through vocal and therapeutic exercises whenever required.

Kota Physiotherapist Dr. Tokib Khan’s interest in the medical field began during childhood itself, as his family had long been associated with healthcare services. His mother worked as an ANM nurse, while his grandmother served in a blood bank, which naturally exposed him to patient care and medical environments from an early age. Watching healthcare professionals closely and seeing patients recover inspired him toward a service-oriented profession.

He also recalls observing physiotherapists during IPL matches, where injured players would often recover quickly after immediate physiotherapy intervention. Gradually, after learning more about the field from people around him, he developed a strong interest in physiotherapy, especially because it offered the opportunity to restore patients back to normal life, mobility, and independence.

Born in Jhalawar and raised partly in Kota and the Wagad region of Rajasthan, Dr. Tokib Khan spent much of his childhood in Sagwara near Dungarpur after his mother’s transfer there. Growing up in that culturally rich environment left a deep impact on his personality. He completed his schooling up to class 12 in a government school at Punervas Colony before moving to Punjab for higher education.

He pursued his Physiotherapy studies at Guru Kashi University (GKU), Bathinda, Punjab, and later completed his internship in Jaipur hospitals. After returning to Kota, he worked for some time at Kota Trauma Hospital as a physiotherapist before eventually meeting Dr. Rahil Iqbal, who provided him both professional guidance and a platform to strengthen his practical skills and clinical experience in rehabilitation therapy.

Dr. Tokib Khan considers his parents his earliest role models because they not only provided him care and support but also introduced him to the values of the medical profession from childhood. Professionally, he regards Dr. Rahil Iqbal as one of his strongest inspirations. He especially admires his positivity, calm behavior with patients, and compassionate communication style. According to him, maintaining a positive attitude, smiling while interacting with patients, and treating everyone with kindness are qualities that greatly influence healing and trust in healthcare practice.

Through his message to people, Kota Aerobics & Physiotherapy Center Physiotherapist Dr. Tokib Khan strongly emphasizes the importance of fitness and preventive healthcare. He believes that every individual should dedicate at least thirty minutes to one hour daily toward exercise, physical activity, and healthy living. According to him, good health becomes the foundation for every other success in life.

Reflecting this philosophy, the message he wishes to share with the nation is simple yet powerful: “Pehla sukh nirogi kaya” — the greatest happiness in life is a healthy body.
