Dr. Suresh Royal is an Ayurveda Medical Officer. Previously posted in Nagaur district, he moved to Udaipur for government-sponsored MD studies. During this period, he focused on researching prostate-related ailments prevalent in males aged 40 and above.
Discussing these diseases, he attributes their occurrence to diets causing constipation or containing rough and dry foods. Dr. Suresh also suggests dietary plans to address 'Vata Dosha' and alleviate these conditions.
In the course of his research, he formulated two granulated Ayurvedic medicines, Dashmooladi Kwath and Punarnavarishta Kwath, designed to treat prostate inflammation and improve urine flow.
Originally from Sikar district, Dr. Suresh completed his schooling in his village and later pursued further studies at a Sanskrit college in Sikar. Then, he started pursuing his graduation in science from Maharaja College, Jaipur. But after passing the pre-Ayurvedic test, he gained admission to Ayurveda College. Following his graduation, he started doing private practice and successfully treated numerous patients.

Regarding his accomplishments, Dr. Suresh shares that during his tenure in Nagaur, he was elected District President of their organization by his colleagues. Due to this, he got the opportunity to interact with notable figures in the field. Additionally, he topped the exam for the CRAV (Certificate of Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth) course, which is organized at an all-India level, and got the home state. He was first posted in Jalore through NRHM (National Rural Health Mission) from 2007–15, which was also a fruitful experience in his life.
For aspiring Ayurveda practitioners, he assures that there are multiple opportunities available in the field, but you have to be patient and dedicated to learning.
