I dedicate my whole success to Bhagavad Gita and Shri Krishna.
I dedicate my whole success to Bhagavad Gita and Shri Krishna.
For the last 30 years, he has been working in Ludhiana. 30 years from now when he started his work, people hardly knew about these therapies. So, when he used to talk to them about these techniques, they simply used to redundant the theory as for them, without any medicine or injections no treatment is possible.
When he gave the treatment for the first time to anyone and they felt the difference, they felt it like magic. Till now, his therapies are magical.
Without any medicines, just pressing a few pressure points with a finger or needle or with other related therapies, people get treated. Even now, many people are unaware of these techniques.
However, he didn’t relate it as a difficulty, because when he first learnt it, he was also unaware of this. So, he considered everyone else like him only. Now, he had to show the results and people had to see the magic. Hence, it all kept on happening. So, he never faced any hardship in his life. Everything started settling as people were amazed by the results his therapies could provide.
During Covid, he didn’t face any problem. He was fit as Yoga was a fixed part of his life. He has been doing Yoga since his childhood. As a result, he has stayed fit, and he is also helping others to stay fit.
There is only one mantra for success:
That means, live the way God keeps you. Keep on praying and accept whatsoever he gives you. Whatever he has learnt, he has learnt that from Bhagavad Gita. He always shares Seventeenth Shloka of 6th Adhyaya(Chapter) to all his admirers:
Yoga snatches away pain of everyone who follow proper diet, proper habits, proper actions, proper routine. That means, who only do Aasana and Pranayama, Yoga doesn’t work on them. The results would come, but not desired ones. If you want to gain optimum benefits from Yoga, we have to work on all five branches of Yoga. Then only results would come. This is his whole success mantra.
In his free time, he likes to do meditation. He also loves to read our scriptures, 10 Upanishads, 6 Darshan, Ramayana and scientific discoveries. He likes to watch Discovery Channel and National Geographic in his free time. He likes to do running, jogging, cycling, swimming, and adventurous activities like river rafting and mountain climbing.
He likes the song of Kishore Da:
As per him, both education and experience go parallel. First, you must have education. However, if you don't use it, you won't be able to take advantage of it. Hence, first educate yourself and then experience.
He was very mischievous in my childhood. There was a big fruit garden near his home, where there used to be many mangoes. He used to enter the garden somehow and pluck mangoes. After that, he could have run from there without being seen, but he used to show it to the garden owner and make him run after me.
The message he gives to the Young India is to follow Swami Vivekananda. Instead of any Bollywood hero, he considers Swami ji as his guru. He likes to read his teachings and follow his preaching.
He finds joy in bringing transformation in someone’s life. To fulfill this motive, he does various social activities like donations to schools, running a Yoga centre with the name of Yog Bharti, and curing people’s incurable diseases. Apart from all these, he loves to play with kids. He donates his laughter and accepts their smile.
How you can smile and also be thankful for everything that life has given you. I also take many seminars at various places including banks, police stations, universities, etc. I take transformation sessions and special sessions on ‘How to Create Laughter’, ‘First Aid without First Aid Box’. During Covid time, I visited many homes and in small groups, made people aware of the basic measures to prevent coronavirus. I have visited numerous small schools and government schools and taught kids about ‘Health and Hygiene’. He has a particular treatment base. There is a quote in Upanishad:MANA EVA MANUSHYANAM KARANAM BANDHA MOKSHAYOHO…
Means your bondation and Liberation is from Heart only. All your diseases emerge from your heart, and your liberation would also emerge from there only. So, when any patient comes to me, there is inferiority or superiority complex in their heart, because of which any disease is born in their body. Apart from the accidental cases, in 99% cases, all our diseases and psychosomatics, which is even approved by modern science. He gives a simplified version of the above quote:
Health is a Function of Mind. Human beings are not designed to hold any kind of garbage mentally and physically.
So, if any disease is born in your body, it has to come out in the form of an ailment. However, he again says that people don’t want to get healthy. They are crafty. They portray they want to get well, but in reality, they just want their immediate problem to be solved. After that, they become relaxed again, and stop taking the complete treatment. They don’t make any efforts to change their unhealthy habits and get unwell again.
