Dr. Joshi further adds that the COVID-19 pandemic posed significant challenges for the education sector, particularly when colleges were forced to close due to the nationwide lockdown. This sudden shift led to a disconnection between students and faculty, with students missing the classroom experience and the personal touch of in-person learning.
