Continuing the legacy of his father, Sheetal is diversifying his father's business into a large group and moving ahead in his field.

Dr. Sheetal Nair is a serial entrepreneur and an Award Winning Trainer. He leads more than 6500 employees across India. He has been working as a Corporate Head of the DSS Group of companies. He works in the area of manpower solutions and also runs a F&B chain. Sheetal is also an author.

Sheetal was born in Vadodara, Gujarat. He was brought up in a disciplined family. He graduated in Vadodara and did MBA in HRM from Pune, LLB from Calcutta, a course in Comprehensive Learning and Extended Technology from Harvard and also a Ph.D. Currently, he is pursuing his second Ph.D.

Recalling his childhood memories, Sheetal says that, as a child, he always used to complain when his demands were not fulfilled. His parents used to make him understand that he should not exceed his needs. He realized this concept of his parents when he learned the concept of needs and wants during his MBA course.

Talking about the journey in his life, Sheetal says that he never stops learning. He learned office skills when he was in seventh grade at his father's office. He participated in many competitions and broadened his perception. Once he met Dr.Niranjan who advised him to do trips. He went on solo trips, and learned many things and values of life.

Continuing to share about his journey, Sheetal says that when he joined his father's office in 2009 they only had 40 to 45 employees. Now in 2022, he has more than 6500 employees across India.

Regarding mistakes, Sheetal says that his first mistake was when he joined a computer application course in which he was unable to understand the coding system. At that time he was unaware of career counseling. His other mistake was that he was extremely fond of food.

Sharing about his interests and hobbies, Sheetal says that he is also an author. He loves to write, loves to teach and loves to speak to people.

When asked about role models in his life, Sheetal says that he considers his parents, his wife and son as his sources of inspiration. He has also come across some spiritual gurus whose guidance has motivated him a lot in his life.

When free, Sheetal likes to play sports and meditate to keep himself fit. He also reads books and writes about his daily chores and his plans for the future.

Sheetal's success mantra is doing anything first for himself and then working for people around him and spreading happiness.

Advising the business aspirants, Sheetal says that they should keep a smart goal that should be specific, achievable, time-bound, measurable and relatable.

To everyone, Sheetal advises them to plan out their ideas, design them and then work with full commitment. He also says that one person alone cannot do anything. They must have the right set of partners to align with them.
