Dr. Shaini loves taking responsibility for her students and keeping up to it.

Dr. Shaini Varghese works as a Lecturer at Vidya Bhawan GS Teacher’s College. Along with teaching, she also heads the college placement cell and manages the college newsletter.

Shaini was born and brought up in Jaipur. She completed her education from Jaipur itself. She pursued her graduation from the Maharani College, Jaipur followed by her post-graduation at the Rajasthan University. She shares that growing up, she wanted to become a doctor.

Shaini started teaching in a school in 2002, while she was pursuing her Ph.D. After four years, she switched to Vidya Bhavan College. She says that she is very content with her job at the institution as not only does it have a democratic environment, but it also provides a learning opportunity to the students as well as the teachers.

Talking about her role models, Shaini says that her teachers are her role models as they have inspired her to choose this career herself.

Advising the youth, Shaini says that you should choose the career field of your liking and work honestly in that field.

When free, Shaini likes spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves listening to music.

Given a chance to go back to her past through a Time Machine, Shaini would like reliving the sweet memories from her past without changing aything about them.
