Dr. Sanjay has had a notable presence in the arts, particularly theatre and radio. He hosted the youth-oriented program Yuva Bharti at All India Radio’s Bhopal Kendra and worked with Jaipur Doordarshan Kendra on weekly programs. A native of Bhopal, Dr. Sanjay Sharma was born and raised there, completing his early education at Demonstration Multipurpose School. He earned his B.Tech in Electronics and soon joined a British company newly entering India, marking the beginning of a career that would take him across several cities—Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Guwahati, Bhopal, Kolkata, and Jabalpur—over the span of 8–9 years.

During this time, Dr. Sanjay discovered his interest in sales, prompting him to pursue an MBA from Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur, in 2005. His academic journey continued, and in 2015, he earned a Ph.D. in Management from DAVV College, Indore. Achieving these degrees over a span of 10–15 years after his engineering graduation, he cultivated a lifelong passion for learning, which he now shares with others.

Dr. Sanjay Sharma’s career spans numerous industries, including retail, industrial process, telecom, and fintech sectors, each adding layers of expertise to his impressive portfolio. For the past 4-5 years, he has shifted focus to higher education, where his extensive experience across these varied fields enables him to bring real-world insights into academia.
