An educationist and director of a pharmacy institute, Dr. Sambit is an ideal example of perseverance and excellence. With 21 years of experience in pharmaceutical education, he has produced successful students in various healthcare sectors. The institute trains students in various allied health care sectors and teaches them essential skills, such as language and instrumental knowledge.

Dr. Sambit Kumar Parida is a Director of the Amity Institute of Pharmacy at Amity University, Rajasthan. He has 21 years of experience in the field of teaching students of pharmacy and allied health sciences.

Speaking about his professional background in pharmacy, Dr. Sambit remarks that it is widely accepted that India is regarded as the global pharmacy. It is highly anticipated that India will generate affordable, high-quality pharmaceuticals. In the pharmaceutical field, he not only developed drugs that worked, but he also trained students. In order to help students advance their careers in this industry, they also provide them with side-by-side training in a variety of allied health care industries.

He explains that the primary obstacle is expertise and that the pharmacy profession is one that is practised worldwide in the healthcare industry. Along with instruction, Amity provides all of its pupils with the necessary training in all the abilities needed to succeed in the future. For instance, since language is a significant barrier, Amity teaches its students several languages, including French, German, and others, in addition to pharmaceutical education. In general, Amity students are valued globally since they possess language-related skills. It also offers instrumental knowledge and helpful advice on how to handle a variety of unpleasant circumstances.

Dr. Sambit spent three years working in the pharmaceutical sector following the completion of his B.Pharma. He saw that there was a shortage of knowledgeable experts and students there. He thus considered entering the field of pharmaceutical education, where he would be able to provide students with all the fundamental training needed to become better professionals in the pharmaceutical sector. His main motivation for going into the teaching area was the opportunity to engage in a variety of research projects in the field of pharmaceutical education.

Dr. Sambit comes from Cuttack district, Odisha. He used to travel 15 kilometres each day to get to his government school, where he studied. He didn't have the basic supplies needed for schooling, so he suffered there and discovered all the challenges before entering this line of work.

He views Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam as an inspiration to Indian ordinary men and regards him as his role model. He finds great motivation in his many accomplishments and the manner in which he has empowered India in several fields.

He finds great inspiration and motivation in Swami Vivekanada's quotes: "We should always throw out those things that disturb us emotionally, physically, and intellectually, just like poisons, to lead in our lives." and "We should always take risks in our lives because if we win, we will lead, and if we lose, then we can guide." He is also constantly inspired by Nida Fazli's song "Safar mein bheed toh hogi jo tum chal sako toh chalo."

Regarding accomplishments, Dr. Sambit asserts that experience invariably leads to accomplishments. The students he has taught during his 21 years of employment are his greatest accomplishments. All of his pupils work in the healthcare industry, either as hospital administrators or physicians or as manufacturers of various pharmaceuticals, developing novel compounds and controlling the pharmaceutical business as a whole.

His pupils serve as his sources of inspiration, and he is constantly pleased with himself for having developed or trained individuals who go on to achieve great success in life. His other accomplishments include learning a great deal from his mentors, coworkers, and juniors, all of whom have greatly aided in his overall development.

Dr. Sambit advises aspiring pharmacists that Amity Institute of Pharmacy and Amity University of Rajasthan are the best options because they not only provide education but also teach students a variety of skills that will enable them to lead by example in their daily lives. Professional skills were taught at Amity University in Rajasthan in addition to pharmaceutical education.

He counsels young people to focus on one subject at a time and give it their best. Forget about all the disturbing elements so that you can lead or succeed in your life, he says.
