Dr S. Taruna is a highly educated and experienced professional working as an Associate Professor at JK Lakshmipat University. She believes in learning and sharing her knowledge with others for growth.

Dr S. Taruna had worked at Banasthali University for almost twelve years before joining the JK Lakshmipat University in Jaipur. She also has industry experience of eight years at System Softwares Limited. Therefore, as a professional, Dr Taruna has an experience of twenty-five years in the Education and Training industry.

Dr Taruna did her schooling and bachelors from Jaipur and completed an M.Sc. in Statistics from Rajasthan University. She did her PhD in Computer Science from Banasthali University. Dr Taruna also did a Professional degree in Doeacc - C and O level courses. Moreover, she also did a Diploma course in Computer Sciences.

Dr Taruna’s Success Mantra is to never stop learning because life never stops teaching. Moreover, teaching is her passion and she likes to learn and share her knowledge with others. She believes that in doing so, a person grows day by day and can compete with others.

Dr Taruna’s mother is her role model. Secondly, the Director at System Softwares Limited, Mr Keshav Sharma’s professional attitude, humble nature, employee management skills, and the motivation he gave Dr Taruna to complete her PhD, has made him Dr Taruna’s role model.

Dr Taruna feels motivated by the thought of having self-belief. In her view, it is the only secret key to success.

Dr Taruna lost her father very early in life. Therefore, she had to face lots of problems while educating herself. These problems, however, became an inspiration for her to take up the Education field and teach others. Moreover, she feels that teaching is a very noble profession.

Dr Taruna counts her inability to present herself at the right place at the right time as her only mistake in life.

During Covid, Dr Taruna’s entire family was affected by the virus. That proved to be a hard time for her and her family. However, with the support of her friends, doctors, relatives, and the University, she was able to come out of it.

Dr Taruna feels that she has good counselling abilities as she has helped lots of students in choosing the right career paths.

Dr Taruna is a member of the Computer Society of India and various other renowned Computer societies and conferences.

Dr Taruna advises all the youngsters to follow a code of ethics, have a personal ethical system and mindset, sustain during the initial struggling years, acquire the necessary skill sets with self-discipline and self-motivation, and aspire high.

Dr Taruna believes that Education to a minimum level plays a crucial role in building mindsets, followed by learning the suitable skill sets, getting yourself out in the market, and flourishing.
