A dedicated physiotherapist, Dr. Rituraj works fourteen hours every day to satisfy his clients.

Dr. Rituraj Gupta is a physiotherapist at the KMC Hospital in Kanpur. He is an MPT in Orthopedics and Sports. He takes his responsibilities positively and always supports his staff. He is against doctors who take this profession in a commercial way.

Rituraj hails from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He says he was not from a well-off family. In his childhood, Rituraj was good at his studies. He failed in his first attempt at PMT. He was unable to continue his coaching. So he chose Physiotherapy. Rituraj struggled a lot to pursue his studies. He gave tuitions and collected money to pay for his books, coaching, hostel, high school, and internship expenses.

Rituraj says he did not know anything about the physiotherapy course when he opted for it. During his studies, he found that physiotherapy is a very good profession. As work is worship for Dr. Rituraj, he feels blessed in this profession

Rituraj considers Dr. R.K. Singh as his role model. He learned about many critical procedures from him. Rituraj says he faced various difficulties during his internship but he performed his duties nicely.

Talking about his Covid experience, Rituraj says it was a tough time. He taught his patients chest therapy, and breathing exercises that boosted them up psychologically. He also visited their homes personally to support them.

Rituraj likes to spend his leisure time with his family and friends. He likes to listen to music, watch movies, study for his profession, and go for outings in his free time.

For youngsters, Rituraj’s message is that work is very important in every field. You should keep patience as everything takes its own time. You should boost your confidence and positivity to build your career.
