His father served as a government employee in the Ayurveda Department, and Dr. Sharma credits his present achievements to the blessings, guidance, and constant encouragement of his parents. He firmly believes that whatever stage he has reached in life is a result of their inspiration and support.

Principal Dr. Sharma completed his primary education at Adarsh Vidya Mandir, Malpura, where he imbibed strong moral values and discipline that continue to guide him even today. The संस्कार (values) he received during these formative years became the foundation upon which he built his academic and professional career. He pursued his undergraduate education at Government College, Malpura, and further advanced his studies at Government College, Tonk, and Government College, Kishangarh, gaining a broad and enriching academic exposure.

Driven by a deep interest in research and literature, Dr. Sharma earned his PhD from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. His doctoral research focused on the theatrical and stage-oriented study of the plays of Bharatendu Harishchandra, reflecting his keen engagement with Hindi literature and dramaturgy. In addition to his academic accomplishments in arts and humanities, he also pursued legal education, completing his LLB, DLL, and LLM from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.

This diverse academic background—spanning literature, research, and law—has contributed significantly to Dr. Raja Ram Sharma’s intellectual depth, leadership qualities, and holistic approach to education, which he continues to reflect in his role as an educationist and institutional leader.

Speaking about his role models, Dr. Raja Ram Sharma regards his grandfather as his foremost inspiration. Coming from a rural background, his grandfather rose through determination and hard work to establish himself in a small town like Malpura. Dr. Sharma views this path as a powerful example of perseverance, self-belief, and dedication, values that have deeply influenced his own life and career.

In addition to this personal inspiration, Dr. Sharma considers the great spiritual teachers Adi Guru Ramanandacharya and Adi Shankaracharya as his guiding role models. He believes that these revered figures are the true carriers of Indian culture, values, traditions, and education, and that their teachings continue to illuminate the path of society. According to him, the foundation of India’s civilization rests firmly on education, moral values, and spiritual wisdom passed down through such enlightened gurus.

An Educator Dr. Raja Ram strongly feels that Bharat as a nation continues to progress through education and strong cultural values. In the present era, he believes that growth and stability are achieved by maintaining a balance between religious faith and the guidance received from great teachers and gurus. “सनमुख होइ जीव मोहि जबहीं।
जन्म कोटि अघ नासहिं तबहीं॥”

He firmly feels that standing before God with humility and trust gives individuals the strength to fulfill their aspirations and overcome life’s challenges. “तुम चलो तो आंधियाँ तूफान खुद ही चल पड़ेंगे,
सागरों की बात क्या है, हिमगिरी के शिखर ढल पड़ेंगे।
मत समझना ये निशाएँ तुम्हारा पथ रोक लेंगी,
तुम चले तो दीप क्या, सूरज हजार जल पड़ेंगे।”

“कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥”

Through this verse, he explains that human beings have the right to perform their duties, but not to be attached to the outcomes. One should neither act with selfish expectations nor refrain from action out of fear of results.
