Dr. Prithvi Raj Chouhan, a determined businessman, inspires others and contributes to local community growth through leadership and innovation.

Dr. Prithvi Raj Chouhan is a renowned businessman hailing from a respectable background in Nathdwara, Rajsamand. He completed his basic education there and moved to Udaipur in 1998 for higher studies. He wanted to pursue an MA but, due to unforeseen circumstances, entered the business line.

Describing his journey, Dr. Prithvi says that he initiated his journey with the establishment of 'Priya Infosys' in 2001 to offer computer maintenance services and courses. He subsequently received a job to install cameras in ATMs across Rajasthan. After that, he established a coaching center called "Gurukul" where students could take courses in computer hardware, software, CCNA, and other computer-related languages. After over three years in this industry, he moved to the real estate market.

When he entered the real estate industry, his goal was to end all discrepancies and create a more transparent and efficient market for all parties involved. He received support from people who valued his efforts. He founded an institute in 2007 to offer B.A., B.Com., and BCA courses. However, it was unable to remain operational for more than two years. Consequently, he closed it and shifted his focus to other ventures. After that, he started offering security training services and worked with SAS Security and Services to hire personnel. Finally, he launched "Padmini Bagh Resort'' in 2010 to provide guests from outside of Udaipur with an amazing experience with a disco, bar, cottages, gardens, etc. His next aim is to open a world-class art gallery in Udaipur.

Sharing his experiences with the COVID pandemic, Dr. Prithvi says that, like all other firms, his hospitality industry was negatively damaged by COVID-19. His resort company is back on track, though, with time. He does, however, ask that everyone take precautions and pursue their goals. In spite of the obstacles presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, he has succeeded in revitalizing and resuming his resort enterprise. He still has hope for the future and advises others to put their safety first while pursuing their goals.

Dr. Prithvi recalls from his early years that his father was employed by Hindustan Zinc Ltd. He grew up on the HZL campus, where residents from all across India resided. That taught him to coexist peacefully with various communities and castes.

The saying "Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached” by Vivekananda has an impact on him. He has always held the opinion that you should try drawing your own line longer rather than attempting to cut the one that has already been created.

Dr. Prithvi has many acquaintances in the political arena and is interested in the subject. He attempts to make a substantial contribution to the public good while staying in touch with his acquaintances in this profession. After receiving his MA, he intended to join the police services, but life had other ideas, so he launched his company instead. He eventually completed an MBA and a PhD in human resources.

Regarding his challenges, Dr. Prithvi states that he had numerous difficulties up until 2001. He revolutionized computer services in Rajasthan with Priya Infosys. He had a lot of opposition and negative views from the public when bringing computer services, but he overcame them and continued to offer his services for ten years. On a very tight budget, he also installed CCTV cameras, but he used this effort to develop resources and contacts. In Udaipur, he also founded the first institute for mobile repair.

After that, he spent a while working in both education and real estate. The Padmini Bagh Resorts were then established in 2009 after he purchased land. He traveled to the Philippines, China, Dubai, and other places to get ideas and inspiration for the same. He had spent all of his money by the time the project was completed, which took three or four years. As a result, he had to take out a bank loan to open the resort. The resort opened for business in 2016 after being prepared in 2014. As of right now, the resort is operating efficiently and hitting all of its goals. Dr. Prithvi is currently keeping himself busy with the design of his next endeavor, an original art gallery. His goal is to complete it by 2024.

For everyone, Dr. Prithvi advises that one should never chase success. When working, one should be truthful, committed, upbeat, determined, and timely. A successful individual should also never forget about his or her family and team.

When talking about leadership, he says he is a born leader. He reminisces about his father’s struggles and contributions as a leader and feels he has acquired his leadership skills. He says that, due to his nature or by luck, people have always listened to him and followed him. Like his father, he cannot see anyone suffer and tries to help people in need.

Dr. Prithvi is a gregarious individual who enjoys the company of close friends. He dedicates his accomplishments to his parents, friends, brothers, and wife. He claims that while his younger son encourages him to dream, his older son stands by him. Without dreams, he feels that life is meaningless.

He suggests young individuals finish their foundational education, take a six- to a year-long break, carefully plan their career, start a job, and then go forward. He thinks that money should be earned for a respectable life rather than wasted on unnecessary luxuries. In addition, he suggests becoming self-employed, using government programs, and honing your talents.

Dr. Prithvi spends his leisure time studying other enterprises, going to the gym, reading, playing the guitar, and caring for horses, cows, and parrots. He thinks that living a well-rounded lifestyle requires both engaging in physical activity and pursuing hobbies. In order to improve one's business acumen, he also stresses the significance of lifelong learning and keeping up with a variety of industries.
