Dr. Pranshu is an M.D. in pathology. She loves her profession very much, as she can help people and society through it. She completed her MBBS and MD from Kota.
Talking about her challenges, Pranshu says the major hardship she faced was that the medical studies took a long time to complete. She herself had been studying for 10–12 years.
The advice Pranshu wants to give to new doctors and those taking up the medical profession is that they should be honest with their profession. Sincerity in their practice is crucial, as there is very little room for error in such a profession. Doctors should give the correct advice to patients.
According to Dr. Pranshu, COVID-19 came as a huge challenge to the medical industry as there was no cure available. She took extra precautions so that she and her colleagues were not infected by the virus while working and serving the community during the pandemic. Being at the forefront of the COVID-19 workforce, she learned a lot of information during the pandemic.
When asked about her role models, Pranshu says her father is a role model for her because he was a genuine and hard-working individual, as she recalls. He took care of his family, extended family, and even neighbors and relatives.
Pranshu feels that although education is important, experience is required to move forward and succeed in any field.
Pranshu believes she is not a born leader. Instead, she tries to coordinate with everyone in her field of work. She believes that a leader may or may not be correct all the time. So a leader should discuss and work together with their subordinates or colleagues in order to solve a problem better.
When asked about her interests, Pranshu shares that her love for 90s music is immense. Apart from singing, she also likes dancing.
Pranshu mentions that she believes in God and the law of karma. According to her, we should do more good deeds for society.
