Dr. Nitin Bhardwaj is currently serving as REGISTRAR at Jaipur campus of the globally renowned AMITY UNIVERSE and has a unique blend of Industrial, Academic & Administrative experience spanning over 25 years including 12 years at Senior and Middle Management level in reputed MNCs across India. Motivated by the desire to mentor India’s youth, he came into academia and is enriching the academic landscape with his experience and expertise in the marketing and management domain.

An MBA in Marketing and M.Phil. in Management, Dr. Bhardwaj was awarded a Ph.D. degree in 2016. He has also done his M.Com. in Business Administration and PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Administration. He has worked with major IT giants like HCL Infosystems Ltd., Redington India Ltd., Godrej and has been closely associated with pioneers of IT sector Hewlett Packard, IBM, Microsoft, and Intel.

He has been with Amity University Rajasthan for over 12 years now and is well versed with preparation of various University reports, accounting procedures, HR challenges, coordinating visits of various government authorities and liaising with regulatory bodies on behalf of the university along with other general administrative responsibilities. His networking skills to collaborate and partner convincingly with internal and external stakeholders are widely acknowledged.

Dr. Nitin swells with pride while sharing that Amity University Rajasthan has been awarded much coveted A+ Grade by NAAC which is a testament to the university's unwavering commitment to academic excellence, research & innovation as well as its initiatives towards achieving complete self-sustainability. Major initiatives include a Solar Power Generation plant with 1 MW capacity, a water harvesting lake with 17500 KL of water capacity and technologically advanced STPs installed at campus.

He further shares that the University is also respected and widely acknowledged for its Social Initiatives and Community Connect Programs being carried out in the nearby villages through allotted two units of NSS India. Additionally, Amity is also a partner in MHRD initiative for Rural development ‘Unnat Bharat Abhiyan’ has adopted five villages to work closely on providing solutions to present problems such as sanitation, low water level, lack of health facilities etc. and tackling unemployment issues through skill development courses.

Dr Bhardwaj draws inspiration from great freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh and Chandrashekhar Azad for their fearlessness & courage, leadership qualities and sacrifice for the freedom of the country. Additionally, he also quotes Swami Vivekananda as a source of inspiration for teaching unconditional love, reinforcing the importance of giving back and teaching us how to be a better person.

His guiding mantra: “When Work, Commitment and Pleasure all become one, nothing is impossible” serves as an inspiration for him and motivates his colleagues and students, as well.

Talking about the youth of India, Dr. Nitin feels that the Indian youth hold the key for the advancement of India. He takes pride in quoting that the Amity group of universities have not only been successful in imparting the right direction to the students but also that it has sustained this success over time. The students currently studying in the university are beneficiaries of a vastly improved infrastructure, modern & sophisticated equipment, among the very best in universities.
