An Indian Chemical Society member, Dr. Nilesh has made significant contributions as a senior faculty at Ascent Career Point in Udaipur. His expertise and dedication have led to outstanding results of his institute in medical and IIT entrance exams, elevating the institute's reputation in the region.

Dr. Nilesh Jain is a member of the Indian Chemical Society and has been working as a senior faculty of Chemistry at Ascent Career Point in Udaipur for the past six years. He is responsible for the Chemistry Department, catering to both medical and IIT entrance exams.

According to Dr. Nilesh, Ascent has achieved outstanding results in the medical field, ranking among the top in the entire Udaipur region. The institute has also produced several students who secured ranks within the top one hundred nationwide, which is a remarkable achievement for Udaipur.

As a result, students are now choosing to stay in Udaipur for their education instead of going to other cities, as Ascent boasts expert faculty members who are on par with those found elsewhere.

Dr. Nilesh hails from Bakhatgarh, a small town in M.P. He grew up in an economically disadvantaged family, attending the village school until the 10th grade. During that time, he took on various jobs, such as delivering newspapers and working as a laborer, to support his parents financially. For his 11th and 12th grades, he attended a school in Badnawar, focusing on Science and Mathematics.

Despite numerous challenges, he managed to complete his schooling, and passing the 12th grade marked a turning point in his life. However, his parents could not afford to send him to coaching classes. Fortunately, someone extended support, allowing him to join such a class in Indore.

Dr. Nilesh enrolled in a three-month crash course in Indore. Adapting to the big city environment from a village background was a significant struggle for him, but he stayed motivated and worked hard. Unfortunately, he did not succeed in the exams and ended up pursuing a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Ratlam Government College. He then went on to complete his M.Sc. in Chemistry from the same college, studying in English medium.

Following his graduation, he started teaching as a guest faculty lecturer at the college. Concurrently, he pursued a double M.Sc. in Drugs Chemistry and obtained a Diploma in Parent Teacher Counseling.

In 1998, Dr. Nilesh learned about a vacancy at Sukhadia University of Udaipur, under a UGC project in Banswara. He applied, was selected, and immediately joined the project. Due to limited resources, he was given an office at Banswara College, where, in the evenings, he taught Chemistry to students from 11th and 12th grades to B.Sc. and M.Sc.

In a year, he earned enough money to buy a scooter, having previously relied on a bicycle for transportation. During that time, he met a girl pursuing her M.Sc. in Botany from Banswara, and they fell in love. Despite being an inter-caste marriage, their families supported their decision to marry.

Dr. Nilesh became renowned for his teaching skills in Banswara, but his commitments left little time for his family. Consequently, he decided to change jobs. He joined Career Point Institute, known for its excellence in engineering education, and subsequently worked at several renowned institutes.

After teaching professionally for twenty-one years in different cities, he sought a stable job and eventually settled in Udaipur, where he has been working at Ascent Career Point.

Throughout his life, Dr. Nilesh has enjoyed playing and watching cricket as his favorite outdoor activity. Whenever he finds time, he likes to spend it with his family, engage in religious prayers, watch comedy movies, and practice yoga and exercise.

Dr. Nilesh's message to students is to have meaningful dreams, as everyone has the right to dream. However, it is crucial to convert those dreams into resolutions and work towards them with a positive attitude. By doing so, success can be achieved, which is not solely measured by financial gain, but by finding satisfaction in what one does.
