An adept and enthusiastic HR professional, Nikita is thriving in spite of her hardships and is providing top-notch consulting services to reputable businesses.

Dr. Nikita Maheshwari is the founder of Siddhanta Business Solutions. She is an HR  management consultant. She is helping MSMEs grow their operations while streamlining HR procedures to create a work culture. She is actively developing smart human resource management systems for startups and MSMEs.

Nikita says while describing her childhood memories, that she was a talented student who excelled in the tenth board examinations and received the renowned Gargi award. Additionally, she achieved distinction in her twelfth board exams.

Nikita had always desired to pursue an engineering degree, but because she came from a conservative joint family, she was not permitted to leave her home to pursue her studies.  However, she eventually successfully completed her PhD, passed the NET exams, took the FDP with IIMs, and worked as a Research Associate at IIM-Udaipur. She says even if her dream was different, she is glad and proud of where life has led her.

Talking about her achievements, Nikita says she takes great pride in mentioning her FDPs, research projects, and research paper writing for prestigious organizations like the Harvard School of Business, the IIMs, and the IITs. She says she passed both the NET and PhD entrance exams in one go.

Speaking about her COVID experience Nikita says that two years before the pandemic, she had already started taking the necessary precautions because her husband had been diagnosed with "aplastic anemia" and had undergone a bone marrow transplant. She and her entire family were following the same safety procedures as everyone else did during the COVID. In order to care for her husband, she quit her job to care for him, and they had to spend practically all their savings. But all her struggles in life just made her stronger and more resolute.

When asked which is more important, Nikita says that both education and experience are essential. According to her, receiving an education is useless if a person is not using it to gain experience.

Nikita says she looks up to the legendary Bharat Ratna JRD Tata as her role model. She thinks he was born on this planet with brilliance and a unique personality and left us in awe of his dignity, accomplishments, wisdom, and vision.

Nikita advises candidates, who want to work in business consulting services to be proactive, problem solvers, and maintain their composure under pressure.
