Dr. Neeru Rathore is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management Studies at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth. She teaches Human Resource Management, International Business, and Financial Management.

With over fifteen years of dedicated service to the teaching field, Neeru has not only imparted knowledge to countless students but has also guided more than seven Ph.D. scholars to successful completion of their research under her mentorship.

When asked about her role models, Neeru says she looks up to her parents, who have always been her source of inspiration and support. Because of them, she has won many awards and achieved numerous accomplishments in her academic and professional journey.
