She pursued further studies, earning degrees in B.Ed., M.A., and M.Ed. Before her marriage, she completed an M.A. in Political Science. Even after becoming a mother, she managed to balance her family responsibilities with her academic ambitions, completing an M.A. in Hindi while taking care of her children. Her thirst for knowledge did not end there; she went on to complete an M.A. in English and Sanskrit, developing an interest in different languages.

Dr. Neelima's journey then took her to Delhi, where she pursued an International Astrology Program. After completing her PhD, she embarked on her career as a Lecturer of Languages Across the Curriculum (LAC) at Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur.
