Dr. Naveen Vishnoi has dedicated over two decades to the Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital in Udaipur. From his humble beginnings as a BHMS graduate to getting international acclaim as a speaker, he embodies the spirit of commitment and continuous learning.

Dr. Naveen Vishnoi has been working at the Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital in Dabok, Udaipur, since 2001.

Naveen mentions that he began his journey at the institute in 2001 as a demonstrator, fresh out of completing his BHMS. This marked his first job, and he has remained in the same institute ever since. It has been a long and fulfilling journey for him.

The institute's ethos and vision inspired him to make the decision to settle in Udaipur in 2007, says Naveen.

Naveen recalls his childhood spent in Prayagraj, where he was born and raised. His schooling also took place in Prayagraj. He reflects on the time when both he and his sister were preparing for the medical entrance test. While his sister successfully passed the exam and secured a seat in MBBS, he could not.

Later, Naveen enrolled in a BHMS college in 1992, where he achieved remarkable academic success and obtained a high rank. This achievement was unexpected, and it came as a surprise to his parents.

Naveen says that his proficiency in English and his communication skills greatly helped him during his college years. He could effectively communicate with others and introduce himself with confidence, even when interacting with senior students.

Additionally, Naveen reveals that in the department of Pathology, he had to work under the guidance of a senior professor for six months. He acknowledges that the experience was far from easy due to the professor's exceptional intelligence and formidable personality, which made it quite challenging for him.

However, when he eventually moved on to his final year, he noticed that the same senior professor started missing Naveen’s presence in the department. Naveen considers this as his first significant achievement, highlighting the positive impression he had left behind.

When asked about his role models, Naveen says he holds his father as his role model and a constant source of inspiration. Additionally, he greatly admires the current Vice Chancellor of the Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, who has been a consistent source of motivation throughout his journey.

Naveen says that in 2014, he ventured into the realm of research paper presentations, marking a significant transition in his career. Although he had little knowledge about this field, he was determined to overcome his limitations. He turned to the Vice Chancellor for guidance and with his encouragement, he delivered his first presentation on May 14, 2014, in Delhi. This marked the beginning of an exciting journey that saw him present papers at numerous universities across India.

Naveen says that his accomplishments even extended internationally, as he became an international speaker in December 2015, earning the opportunity to speak at Tribhuvan University in Nepal.

Naveen shares an important life lesson from his own experiences. He emphasizes the importance of maintaining positive relationships with your family, friends, relatives, and loved ones, considering them as driving forces for success in any task you undertake. Expanding on this understanding, he has not only worked on improving his skills as a capable homeopathic doctor but has also delved into becoming a life coach.

Naveen's advice to future homeopathic doctors is straightforward. He stresses the importance of going deep into your subject rather than just skimming the surface. He encourages students to be proud of choosing homeopathy as their profession and not see it as a second-rate option.

Naveen also points out that after completing BHMS, homeopathic graduates can carve out their unique paths. He highlights the significance of making firm decisions and stresses that it's better to create your own path than to look for shortcuts. Additionally, he advises aspiring homeopaths to be attentive listeners so they can better understand and serve their patients.

Naveen says that he pursued further education to enhance his insights into different fields. After completing his BHMS, he undertook an MBA and subsequently earned a Ph.D. in Management, thus broadening his knowledge and expertise across various domains.
