Dr. Mangal was born in a small village in Sirohi, near Abu Road. Growing up, he noticed the high regard people had for doctors, which inspired him to pursue a career in medicine. From a young age, Madan Mohan was a diligent and studious student, always striving to excel in his studies.

He completed his primary education in Sirohi and then moved to Abu Road for his 9th and 10th classes, where he opted for biology with the goal of becoming a doctor. In 1977, Madan Mohan graduated with an MBBS degree and went on to complete his MS in 1981. Soon after, he joined the government service and steadily progressed from an assistant professor to a professor of General Surgery at RNT Medical College.

Reflecting on his journey, Dr. Mangal recalls his time at RNT Medical College, where he would often practice for 24 hours to hone his skills as a surgeon. He believes that whenever he performs surgery, he feels the presence of God, as he is doing something good for the patient. This sense of divine guidance has always motivated him in his work.

Dr. Mangal fondly reminisces about his school days and wishes he could go back in time to participate more actively in sports. He regrets that his academic focus left little room for sports activities. Additionally, he would love to revisit his medical student days, a period filled with hard work, learning, and enjoyment.

Despite his busy professional life, Dr. Mangal finds time to indulge in his passion for reading. He enjoys reading books and journals, which help him relax and stay updated with the latest developments in the medical field.
