Dr. Kadri advises everyone to work hard and enjoy the immense satisfaction that comes when your dream is fulfilled.

Advising budding dentists, Dr. Misba starts by saying that ‘Every doctor is not a dentist; but every dentist is a doctor.’ She motivates them by quoting how dentists become surgeons after their graduation itself, while people from other branches of medicine need to pursue their masters separately in order to become a surgeon.

Dr. Kadri highlights the unique skills gained in dentistry that are not found in other fields, emphasising that performing smile makeovers is an achievement in itself. She encourages all dentists to explore this field, noting its broad potential. Additionally, Dr. Misba urges dental students to attend conferences and participate in paper and poster presentations.

Dr. Kadri laments that people in India are not as aware of oral health compared to those in other countries, where dentists are more highly valued.

In her message to the youth, Dr. Kadri says that whatever we do, we need support from our families, similar to her case, where her father is her backbone who always believed in her efforts. She requests all parents to understand their children’s desires and their capabilities.
