With extensive experience as a Teacher, Principal, and now School Director, Dr. Joshi has established herself as a respected figure in the field of Early Childhood Education. Guided by her vision and commitment, Little Wings Play School has become a trusted destination for Preschool Education, Daycare Services, Activity-Based Learning, and Holistic Child Development in Udaipur.

For the past several years, Educator Dr. Minakshi Joshi has been successfully running Little Wings Play School with the primary objective of providing little children with quality education while nurturing strong moral values in them from an early age. She firmly believes that the foundation of a child's future is laid during the early years and that education should focus not only on academics but also on character building, confidence development, creativity, and emotional well-being.

Little Wings Play School, Udaipur caters to children from Play Group to UKG, educating young learners between the ages of two and six years. Children aged two to three years begin their educational path in the Play Group, while Nursery welcomes children aged three to four years. LKG and UKG classes further prepare children for formal schooling through structured yet enjoyable learning experiences. The school follows an activity-based learning approach that encourages children to learn through participation, observation, creativity, and practical experiences rather than relying solely on traditional classroom methods.

She worked as a Principal in 2- 3 different schools before starting her own, where she acquired extensive experience in academic administration, curriculum planning, teacher management, and school operations.

Despite achieving success in these positions, she always envisioned creating an educational institution of her own where she could implement her educational philosophy and provide children with a nurturing and innovative learning environment. Inspired by this vision and encouraged by her husband, she took the courageous step of establishing Little Wings Play School.

She remains deeply grateful for her husband's unwavering support, cooperation, and belief in her abilities, acknowledging that his encouragement played a vital role in helping her transform her dream into reality and tackling the problems she faced while starting the school. Dr. Joshi had two young children whom she had to leave behind at home to build the school. She explicitly credits her own two children’s support and sacrifice, along with her husband's support.

Born in Udaipur, Rajasthan, her childhood was marked by frequent relocations due to her father's transferable position as a Manager at Punjab National Bank. These regular moves often brought challenges to her education and required her to adapt to new schools, new environments, and new communities. While these experiences created occasional difficulties, they also helped her develop resilience, adaptability, and confidence. Eventually, her family settled permanently in Udaipur when she was studying in Class 12, providing greater stability during an important phase of her education.

She is the eldest of three sisters and takes immense pride in her family's achievements. One of her sisters currently serves as a Professor in Gwalior, while her younger sister is an XEN (Executive Engineer) in RSEB (Rajasthan State Electricity Board). Dr. Joshi frequently speaks about the profound influence of her late father, whose progressive mindset and unwavering support helped shape her values and aspirations.

Dr. Minakshi Joshi recalls with gratitude that her father never considered the absence of a son as a disadvantage. Instead, he wholeheartedly supported his daughters' education, ambitions, and professional growth. He consistently encouraged them to pursue their dreams, break barriers, and become independent individuals. His dedication, sacrifices, and belief in gender equality left a lasting impact on her life. Even today, she considers his support one of the greatest blessings she received and credits much of her success to the confidence and values he instilled in her.
