Dr. Manisha has been following the path of academic service shown by her parents by being a dedicated educationist.

Dr. Manisha Sharma is working as an Associate Professor at the Vidya Bhawan Govindram Seksaria Teachers Training College.

Dr. Manisha Sharma hails from Udaipur. She completed her complete education in Udaipur itself. She recalls that she had an active and joyous childhood.

Born to prominent academicians, Manisha says, it was natural for her to pursue a teaching career. She says that she never had to struggle much during her professional life. However, she regrets that she should have completed her PhD degree and could have had an even better career. She also regrets not getting a chance to become a government teacher.

Talking about her achievements, Manisha says that her true achievements are getting positive feedback from her students and seeing them grow in life.

Manisha considers Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam as her role model. She says that even though he came from a humble background, he achieved so much in life and it inspires her. She also admires and learns from her professional mentors in the teaching field.

Sharing her experience of the COVID pandemic, Manisha says that she kept herself positive by utilising the free time she got to spend with her family.

Given a chance to revisit the past through a Time Machine, Manisha would like to go to the era of the Indian Independence Struggle and experience the fervour of the freedom fighters firsthand.

During her free time, Manisha likes to read, listen to music, and go on outings.
