Having worked in the field of nutrition for the past sixteen years, Dr. Khushboo views nutrition as her first passion. She is currently operating her own business to counsel clients on appropriate dieting methods and is trying to encourage people to lead a disease-free lifestyle.

Hailing from Udaipur, Dr. Khushboo Sharda is a Nutritionist and also the founder of Nutri Diets.

She completed her B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Nutrition. She also has certifications in sports nutrition, lifestyle education, diabetes education, keto counselling, and human life performance. After ten or twelve years of employment in the research sector, she has spent the last six years managing her own independent business.

Dr. Khushboo describes her nutrition career as exciting. She claims she met a buddy who was on a crash diet and suffering from nutritional deficiencies. This prompted her to become a dietician and educate others on correct dietary practices.

She explains the significance of nutrition and exercise by stating that only 20% of your intake is burnt via physical activity and that 70% of your consumption is used for your metabolic rate. She claims that no matter how much exercise you perform, you will not get the desired outcomes if you are unable to regulate your food intake. To stay in shape and be healthy, it's critical to consume the appropriate foods in the correct amounts at the right times.

Regarding her accomplishments, Dr. Khushboo states that treating a child with diabetes, assisting him in stopping his insulin, and starting him on medicine brought her the most joy. She claims that she finds inner happiness in helping others, especially children who are ill.

According to Dr. Khushboo, her mother served as her first role model and taught her how to survive in a variety of challenging circumstances. Her spouse serves as her primary role model and source of motivation, besides her mother.

Speaking of her mistakes, Dr. Khushboo admits that she gave one of her patients a crash diet because they were pressuring her for fast results. She quickly recognised, though, that this was not her style of working, and she never made the same error again. She discovered that if she puts her all into her work and executes it well, she would produce quality work that sets her apart from the rest.

Intermittent fasting is beneficial, but ultimately it depends on your body's physical state, according to Dr. Khushboo. According to her, intermittent fasting entails depriving yourself of food after sunset and starting your first meal just after eight in the morning.

You are what you eat and how you live, according to her. She says everyone who wants to stay fit should stick to a steady diet. She says that eating slowly and chewing your food properly helps with stomach troubles and acidity. In addition it is also helpful to keep you from overeating.

Dr. Khushboo closely follows her life mantra which is “If a person is fit everything is good.”

When free, she loves to dance and sing and believes that her hobby is her stress-buster.
