Dr. Neelu Kaushal is an economics teacher at Badala Classes Coaching Institute.

Dr. Neelu completed her Ph.D. in economics and also has a master's in journalism to her name. She worked as a journalist at Dainik Bhaskar and Rajasthan Patrika. She began taking home tuition during this time. Economics was her passion, and she wanted to build a career in teaching. Hence, after two years in journalism, she began her career in education at a school. After an interview in Badala's classes, she was selected as a teacher here.

Dr. Neelu believes the teachers are responsible for imparting quality education to children. Hence, anyone willing to kickstart their career in this profession must have good communication skills with students. They must have an understanding of the psychology of students.

Dr. Neelu advises that teachers should try to engage students in activities other than studying for the overall class development. She says each and every day is a new experience where one learns new things. Only studying books does not make one a good teacher.

During the pandemic, online teaching was the only way to impart education since physical classes were prohibited. According to her, the pandemic had been challenging for the teachers, but they came out victorious in their efforts to keep teaching with the same effectiveness. However, the IT technicians at Badala classes came up with a unique solution in the form of an app where lectures would be recorded to be viewed later by students who could not attend online classes due to technical issues. However, it wasn't easy to maintain the students' motivation. She believes that the pandemic allowed us to adjust to new circumstances.

According to Dr. Neelu, education is required for gaining subject knowledge and creating a foundation for decision-making. Experience is a great teacher; it throws us into unexpected situations and helps us learn valuable lessons from them.

Dr. Neelu believes that leadership can be instilled by birth and by experience. She says that a leader can be anyone among us.

Dancing and singing are Dr. Neelu's favorite hobbies.

Dr. Neelu’s first and foremost inspiration is her students, both studious and troublemakers, who have some worthy insights to learn from. She advises that changes are a part of life, and the one who adapts to changes moves forward in life.
