Dr. Jayshri Saxena is a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician at Ramesh Memorial Hospital in Jaipur.
Jayshri belongs to Bhopal and completed her high schooling at a government school. She also did BSc. Part 1 from Maharani Laxmibai College, Bhopal. She appeared in the PMT exam and was placed sixteenth in the overall rankings in MP on her second attempt.
Recalling her childhood memories, Jayshri says that she enjoyed her childhood with her friends, siblings, and parents. She believes that the most memorable and enjoyable part of life is childhood. Despite doing her schooling from the Hindi medium, she excelled in her medical college.
Talking about her journey, Jayshri says that she completed her graduation in 1998 from Jamnagar and then went back to Bhopal for senior residency under the guidance of Dr. Jayshree Beedkar. Afterwards, she joined Bhagirathi Hospital, Sagar, as a consultant for four years. She says that by performing various types of surgeries, she learned a lot.
After marriage, she went to Jaipur and faced many struggles. She gradually returned to an OPD for two years before opening her own five-bed hospital and dealing with difficult cases. After ten years, she opened a new hospital in Patrakar Colony, Jaipur.
When asked about her mistakes, Jayshri says that she made many small mistakes in her field and learned a lot from them. She always tries not to repeat those mistakes.
Sharing her achievements, Jayshri says that she is running her own hospital in the memory of her father-in-law. It is an accomplishment for her that she is providing employment for others while also raising the profile of her parents. She says her husband has always been supportive of her journey.
Jayshri’s role model is Dr. Jayshree Beedkar, as she learned and gained knowledge about the medical field from her.
In her spare time, Jayshri likes to sing and dance. She is also interested in cooking.
Jayshri relieves stress by reading the Bhagavad Gita, listening to VK Shivani, and by practising meditation and yoga.
Jayshri's life mantra is to love yourself and care for your health. She believes that only by being healthy will you be able to achieve success in life.
