A passionate educator and social activist, Rajsamand based Dr. Farzana sheds light on her journey and how she has successfully faced challenges in life to come to a respectable position in life.

Dr. Farzana Chippa works as a social worker in addition to being an accountant and teacher at Sunrise Senior Secondary School in Nathdwara. Her goal is for every woman to be financially independent. She leads BMAVM as its State Head as well.

Recalling her early years, Dr. Farzana tells us that she was born in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Her family relocated from Bhilwara to Udaipur, where she completed her education at multiple government schools. When she was young, she had always wanted to utilize her education to help other people.

Following her graduation, Dr. Farzana got associated with the  Khadi Udyog and related social work to educate women with different skills like stitching and henna application, among other things, to help them become self-sufficient.

Dr. Farzana then got married and relocated to Nathdwara in 2002. She took her time mastering her henna and sewing techniques. She eventually joined Golden Dreams Academy Bagol. After a year, she was forced to quit that position because of personal difficulties. In 2012, she partnered with someone to open Shining Star Academy, her own school in Bada Bhanuja, Bambora. After a year, Dr. Farzana had an accident that left her with 80% of her body burned, forcing her to end the partnership she had formed. Following her recovery, Dr. Farzana began working at Sunrise Senior Secondary School as an accountant and teacher.

Dr. Farzana recalls her struggles and tells us that she did not receive proper assistance when she was completing her education.

Dr. Farzana wants to engage herself in the field of women's empowerment because she has seen firsthand the hardships that result from women being financially dependent on their husbands. Therefore, Dr. Farzana firmly believes that these females won't have to endure atrocities if the issue of financial reliance is resolved for them. She wants to upskill females in order to increase their employability.

Dr. Farzana responds that her mother, grandmother, and maternal uncle have all always been strong motivators in her life when we ask her about her role models. Dr. Farzana's husband has been an invaluable source of support, enabling her to follow her aspiration of making a positive impact on society through numerous social works.

When asked what would she change in her past life if she could go back in time in a time machine , Dr. Farzana says she would have preferred to become a doctor and pursue an MBBS in order to better serve society.

Dr. Farzana enjoys cooking, spending time with her family—especially her kids—and keeping an eye out for events that provide kids in her neighborhood a platform to showcase their talent—all of which allow her to pursue her passion for social work.

Dr. Farzana advises people that while challenges may arise, it's critical to face them head-on and keep going in order to succeed. It is crucial to stick to the truth and function with full dedication and integrity. She says it's crucial that youngsters learn that instead of focusing on grades, they should do self-reflection to discover their own interests and follow their passions. With the correct parental support and direction, this is achievable. She strongly follows her grandmother's teaching that daughters ought to have more trust in their own actions than in that of their fathers. Daughters write their own stories.

To sum up, Dr. Farzana says that even though the road may be challenging, it's crucial to keep going in order to achieve your goals and establish a name for yourself.
