Dr. Asma Khan is currently working as a Senior Homeopathy Practitioner at Maharana Bhupal Government Hospital in Udaipur, Rajasthan. She mentions that she was posted there in 2009 and has been continuously working in the field of homeopathy since then, witnessing positive results.
Asma says that she was born in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and completed her education at Barkatullah University in Bhopal. In 2007, she got married and moved to Udaipur, where she got a government job in 2009. Since then, she has been actively practicing homeopathy.
Asma shares that homeopathy was quite popular in Bhopal, and she grew up witnessing how it effectively treated people with minimal side effects. This inspired her to pursue a career in this field.
Regarding homeopathy, Asma explains that it treats patients based on their individual symptoms, as each patient is unique and requires a personalized treatment and approach.
Reflecting on her life's challenges, Asma shares that she had difficulty walking as a three-month-old baby. However, her parents always supported her and never considered her a disabled child. She also mentions the lack of facilities and distant colleges and labs during that time.
Asma’s significant achievement lies in creating awareness about homeopathy when she had her first posting in a rural area. People had limited knowledge of homeopathy, but through her efforts, more patients started seeking homeopathic treatment than allopathy. She has also successfully treated infertility cases.
Asma considers her parents as her role models, followed by her husband.
If given a time machine to go back in time, Asma would choose to relive her school and college days with her friends.
Asma advises the younger generation to study and progress in life and also advises people to have humanity. For people with disabilities, she encourages them to unleash their abilities and turn the impossible into possible.
