A Physiotherapist and Business Consultant, Dr. Ashish believes in working hard and aiming high without caring for the results of his actions to lead a fulfilling life.

Dr. Ashish Agarwal is a Physiotherapist and Business Consultant to different hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Ashish was born and raised in Jaipur. He completed his schooling and bachelor’s degree in Jaipur itself. After completing his graduation, he did his MBA from IIHMR Jaipur.

Talking about his childhood, Ashish says that his childhood was spent well. He really liked playing with his friends. He says that he always liked Mathematics but opted to make a career in the medical field.

Ashish says that it’s very challenging for doctors to treat their patients and also simultaneously manage their clinics or hospitals. And sensing the need to provide business consultancy to doctors, he started EQ Healthcare.

Ashish says that it really motivates him to do better in his profession when he is able to treat his patients.

Ashish thinks that learning is a continuous process and you learn a lot from your mistakes. But he says that we must learn from our mistakes and not commit them again. He is very thankful to his seniors and mentors who guided him whenever he committed any mistake in his profession.

Talking about struggles in life, Ashish says that he started his career as a Physiotherapist in 2010. Initially, he had to struggle a lot. It was quite a hectic schedule for him. He had to work very hard, though his remuneration was not that good. But he is happy that today he is doing really well for himself as a Physiotherapist.

Ashish considers Dr. Sachin from Apex hospital, Jaipur under whose able guidance he started his career as his role model.

Ashish considers being able to treat his patients and help hospitals grow as a business consultant to them as his achievement.

Talking about the Covid pandemic, Ashish says that the pandemic has been a tough time for everyone. Being a frontline worker, he had to come in close contact with patients while treating them which made him vulnerable to contracting the virus. But his wife and family supported him in managing the situation.

Ashish shares that the healthcare industry is one of the fastest-growing industries and he feels that the future is really bright for this industry.

His Success Mantra is, “Those who keep trying, never fail in life.”

Ashish has a liking for classical music and he is fond of singing. In his spare time, he likes to play Tabla.

His message to people is to help others as much as possible. Besides, he says whatever you give, you get the same back.
