As a lecturer, Anju introduces her students to the world of chemistry and explains every scientific concept to them in a lucid manner.

Dr. Anju Jain is a lecturer in Chemistry at Vidya Bhawan Rural Institute. She has also been in the position of HOD-Chemistry for six months now. Anju has been associated with the institute for fourteen years now.

Recalling her childhood, Anju says that she spent her early days in Udaipur, which she continues to cherish even today. She adds that her parents always gave her the liberty to pursue the career of her choice.

Anju completed her M.Sc in 1995 and thereafter enrolled herself in a PhD program. Pursuing her interest in teaching, she also did her B.Ed. Soon after that, Anju got married and was blessed with a daughter. She joined Vidya Bhawan in 2007 after a gap of a few years.

When asked about her role models, Anju says she draws inspiration from her father, who taught her to accept all challenges in life. Back in her school days, Anju considered her elder brother as her role model, who always kept a balance between studies and play. When Anju entered her professional life, she looked up to her husband as her role model, who always encouraged and motivated her.

In her message to the youth, Anju says that it is important to stay connected to your roots and foundations to be successful in life. She suggests they listen to their parents, who serve as a guiding light in their lives. Anju advises them to stay updated with current events along with their education.

Her success mantra is, "Hard work is the key to success."

If Anju could go back in time via a Time Machine, she would revisit her childhood days, which were stress-free and full of fun and joy. She would also fulfill her dream of getting into the medical profession.

Her hobbies include spending time with her family and cooking new dishes.
