Dr. Akhil has dedicated his life to serving patients through Physiotherapy.

Dr. Akhil Joshi is a Consultant Physiotherapist at a Physiotherapy Centre in Chittorgarh.

Dr. Akhil Joshi was born and brought up in Neemuch, MP. After completing his schooling at Neemuch itself, he pursued his graduation in Physiotherapy at the Gitanjali College in Udaipur. Later on, he pursued his post-graduation from the Madhav University in Abu Road. And then he set up his clinic in Chittorgarh and has been practising here since 2014.

On being asked where he got the inspiration to become a Physiotherapist, Akhil says that once his father had met with an accident during his childhood and he had to take several physiotherapy sessions in Bhilwara. There, he says that his father's physiotherapist - Dr. Vishal inspired him to become a physiotherapist.

Akhil was always passionate about his profession. He says that when he was pursuing his graduation in Udaipur, he used to take out his time to work part-time at clinics to learn the practical implementation of his studies. He regularly took part in various camps and advised patients for free too.

Talking about the field of Physiotherapy, Akhil says that it is a field where patients are treated without medicines. He says that Physiotherapy was not a much-recognized field a few years back, but lately, it has been gaining traction. He says Physiotherapy is used in treating conditions relating to various other fields too like Orthopaedics, Neurology, Cardiovascular, Paediatrics, and many more.

Talking about Physiotherpyy’s contribution during the COVID period, Akhil says that it worked as a backbone to the COVID patients, and after recovery it was helpful in providing effective rehabilitation to the patients.

In his free time, Akhil likes to listen to music, exercise, and practice yoga.

Akhil advises people to take regular exercise and maintain good posture, especially people who are working a desk job. He also advises the people who are working a desk job to make sure to do a little movement every fifty-sixty minutes. He says that music and medication are also helpful and should be performed regularly to stay fit and healthy.
