A real estate developer, Dishant has developed over 10 million square feet of affordable housing solutions across Indore and nearby areas. Currently, he is working on plotting projects and tries to maintain his father’s goodwill in the real estate market.

Dishant Jain is the Director of Sanskruti Developers in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

According to Dishant, his firm has created more than 10 million square feet of reasonably priced homes in Indore and the surrounding areas. His primary area of expertise is plotting of projects, which involves the purchase of undeveloped agricultural land and the subsequent construction of basic infrastructure, including roads, drainage, water, landscape gardens, security, and club areas. They also develop apartments; according to him, they had completed about 150 structures before 2010. He is currently spending his time in Indore, planning projects.

As he was also interested in the food industry, Dishant opened a food joint named ‘Samosa Factory’ prior to entering this field. However, he was forced to enter his family's real estate company due to the untimely death of his father.

Dishant talks about his difficult time and how his mother was adamant about continuing to operate the company after his father passed away. He claims that after witnessing her courage, he was motivated to assume leadership of the family company. He came to see that he had inherited his mother's tenacity and fortitude in addition to his father's inheritance. He has surmounted obstacles and finished tasks his late father started thanks to his generosity in the profession. He is doing his best to grow his father's company and establish it as a reputable brand in the sector.

Dishant reminisces on his early years, stating that he was raised in Indore and that he was an avid eater and lover of Bollywood films. He went to Delhi's Kirori Mal College to study Economics.

His father, who put in a lot of effort to support his family and taught him the value of perseverance and hard work, is an inspiration to him. Dishant's enthusiasm for the infrastructure development sector was also greatly influenced by his father's generosity in the profession.

Niranjan Heeranandani, the well-known real estate entrepreneur, is another person Dishant admires. He also respects how McDonald's founders started from scratch to transform the fast-food sector and create a vast worldwide empire.

"Happiness is when you do something when people think you cannot do it" and "Never be into selling, always be in the reordering business" are two statements that Dishant finds very inspiring. These quotations serve as a reminder to him that in order to succeed, he must push limits and question social conventions.

Dishant considers it his greatest accomplishment when others compliment him on elevating his father's company legacy. He feels that by effectively running and growing his father's company, he is commemorating his father's diligence and hard work while also giving others in the community opportunities

Dishant advises those wishing to enter the real estate industry to have a long-term perspective, a thorough awareness of the industry, and a basic comprehension of market trends. In addition, he is adamant about maintaining open lines of contact with your clients and establishing solid bonds founded in integrity and trust.

Dishant advises young Indians to pursue their passions in life and never stop looking for new opportunities to learn and improve. He underlines that in order for us to establish our own Indian brands, we must choose "producerism" above consumption. He thinks that young Indians may help our nation's economy grow and thrive by putting a priority on producerism.

Dishant also urges people, saying that after reaching a certain level, they should work for the underprivileged in their own possible ways to uplift their lives and contribute towards the overall development of the nation. He emphasises the importance of social responsibility and urges young Indians to use their success and resources to make a positive impact on society.
