He is also holding the position of Head TG for first-year students and is the BBA-ERP Coordinator for the Institute of Management Studies. These roles enable him to contribute significantly to student development and program administration, fostering a more structured and supportive learning environment.
Dipendra Yadav explains that ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning, which is a software system designed to simplify and streamline processes. Previously, tasks were handled through paper documentation, but today, ERP software has made institutional operations much easier. Whether it’s exam-related tasks, student admissions, or issuing marksheets, everything is managed efficiently through ERP software.
For instance, when a student takes admission, all their details are filled out online. Later, their exam scores are also processed using the ERP system. From an academic perspective, tasks related to the curriculum, syllabus, and several other things are updated on the ERP platform. Faculty members can easily access this information and monitor all necessary academic processes.
Talking about SAGE University, Indore, Yadav explains it holds the distinction of being the youngest private university in Central India with NAAC A+ accreditation. The university boasts exceptional infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies that are unparalleled, offering students and faculty a world-class learning environment.
In terms of achievements, Dipendra Yadav shares that he has successfully passed the UGC-NET in Management, which he considers his most significant accomplishment. Additionally, he has published six research papers, some of which are published in UGC CARE-listed journals, among others. Currently, he is also pursuing a Ph.D., further advancing his academic and professional journey.
Dipendra Yadav hails from Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh, where his grandfather served as the headmaster of a government school. He recalls how deeply his grandfather cared for his students and the affection he showed towards them, along with his dedication to empowering the younger generation through education. This profoundly inspired him.
He believes that since we come from society, it is our duty to give back to it, and education is the most impactful way to do so. This philosophy drives his passion for contributing to the field of education and shaping the future of students.
Reflecting on his educational journey, Dipendra Yadav shares that he completed his early education in Raebareli and Lucknow before moving to Bangalore for higher studies. He pursued his higher education at Jain Pre-University College in Bangalore, where he received immense support and encouragement from his teachers. He expresses gratitude towards them, acknowledging that their guidance and motivation played a pivotal role in shaping his path and inspiring him to pursue a career in the field of education.
Dipendra Yadav's role model is Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. He draws immense inspiration from Dr. Ambedkar’s life, particularly his determination to overcome adverse circumstances and pursue his education, including earning a Ph.D. from abroad. Dr. Ambedkar’s decision to return to India and address the pressing issues of his time, such as promoting education, drafting the Constitution, and initiating transformative changes in society, deeply motivates Dipendra. Dr. Ambedkar’s remarkable contributions continue to inspire him to work towards creating a positive impact through education and social development.
Dipendra finds deep inspiration in the Sanskrit shloka-
“ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय। तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय।”
The essence of this verse, which translates to “Lead me from untruth to truth, from darkness to light, and from mortality to immortality,” guides his life. He begins each day by remembering this shloka, using its wisdom to propel him forward in his journey.
Dipendra Yadav shares an inspiring message for all students: "Have patience and keep working hard consistently. Focus on daily efforts without comparing yourself to others. Concentrate on your personal goals, as achieving great things takes time. Whatever you do, approach it with persistence and patience."
He also expresses gratitude towards SAGE University, where he has learned and developed many skills. Looking ahead, he is eager to continue exploring new opportunities, contributing his best to the university and its students, and growing both personally and professionally.
