Dinesh began his career as a teacher and believes a person is responsible for their purity in life. He worked hard in order to gain experience in the field of education.

Dinesh Vaishnav is the Principal of Saraswati Vidhya Niketan, Bijolia.

Dinesh belongs to Bijolia, Bhilwara and comes from a poor family. He says his parents struggled a lot in their lives. He completed his primary education at the Bal Vidhya Mandir School and his higher education at the Government School. After completing his studies, Dinesh taught for one year in a school and then decided to establish his own school which he started in 2002..

Remembering his childhood, Dinesh says that he struggled a lot and faced many challenges in his childhood but learned things from various people in life. He believes that it is important to learn from the mistakes of others and tries not to repeat them. His mother supported him and always encouraged him for his studies, as she believed education is important in life to make better decisions.

Dinesh advises that, along with education, the second most important thing in life is the upbringing of a child, as well as good company. It is also very important that parents encourage children to learn from education and not to do it for earnings.

Dinesh feels that after the COVID-19 pandemic, the suicide rate is increasing day by day. He believes that it is critical to prioritise and focus on art and moral education in schools, particularly in small-scale schools. He pleads with the youth not to take the wrong steps in life or try suicide, as life is a gift from God, so live it and enjoy it.

Dinesh advises the young generation that there is no correlation between education and salary or earnings. He also thinks that education is a continuous learning process, and that teachers only provide a service. A teacher plays an important role in the life of a student, so it is necessary for a teacher to understand the mentality and needs of a student.

When it comes to achieving mental peace, Dinesh recommends that you first learn to accept things or make mistakes, and that you always face challenges with positivity. He says that to attain mental peace, he follows the principle of "Jo Prapt hai, Vo Paryapt hai."

Dinesh’s life mantra is that one can achieve great success in life if they can continue to work hard.
