After exploring various businesses, Dinesh started his own tyre retreading company, and has been working for the past 32 years with full dedication and hardwork.

Dinesh Rajpal is the owner of Udaipur Tyre Retreading Co. Pvt. Ltd. He established this company in 1990.

Dinesh was born and brought up in Udaipur.

Sharing about his journey, Dinesh says he used to help in his father’s shop when he was in eleventh standard. He says, with the increasing responsibility of his family, he decided to start a business with his friend who was a contractor. He used to travel to Ahmedabad for his father’s business work, where he learned about the machinery required for tyre retreading and after discussing with his friend he booked the machines for his business. He finalized the land and took a loan for establishing a plant. Within six months, his company started making a profit. Their company was running smoothly for 25 years but after that their business started declining. so, his partner shifted to another business. However, he feels that their company is again going to make a comeback as the services they provide in their company are unmatched in terms of quality and price.

Dinesh thinks in order to make a business successful, education as well as experience are equally important.

Dinesh regrets that if he had studied more, he could have started a corporate business. He advises that customers should be the foremost priority for a businessman, and employees should also be taken care of. Good services, quality, time, and transparency are the essential ingredients for a successful business, he says.

Speaking about his achievements, Dinesh says that he is always respected by his family members as well as by his acquaintances.

Sharing his mistakes, Dinesh says that trusting people too much and his aggressiveness have been his mistakes. Except for these, he has not made any major mistakes in his life and handled everything single-handedly.

When asked about his role models, Dinesh says his grandfather has been his inspiration.

In his free time, Dinesh likes to go on trips with his friends and family, which helps him recharge.
