Dinesh Kumar Pandey is the founder and director of Yuva Bharat Sansthan, Bikaner.
Dinesh was born in a village in the Deoria district of the Gorakhpur division of UP. He completed his primary schooling in his village itself. After completing his school education, he did a BA and an MA from Allahabad University.
In 1995, Dinesh moved to Bikaner, Rajasthan to do an LLB. Along with his LLB, he also worked as a journalist with the Rajasthan Patrika Group there. Thereafter, he taught at the Biyani Group of Colleges. Then, from 1997 to 2005, he worked in the medical and health department of Rajasthan as a district coordinator. Then he took to social service full-time and founded Yuva Bharat Sansthan.
Talking about COVID, Dinesh says that during the pandemic, his NGO, Yuva Bharat Sansthan donated more than five-thousand masks to the district collector of Bikaner. Besides, the NGO distributed more than two hundred masks on a daily basis and also provided food to the needy.
Dinesh says that his father, who was a lecturer, always motivated him to participate in debate competitions. And he stood in first or second positions at many of the debate competitions that he participated in during his school and college days. He says that it also helped him develop his leadership abilities.
In his spare time, Dinesh likes to read books and newspapers. He likes to read historical and religious texts. Besides, he also likes to take a walk out and spend time with his friends.
To the youth, Dinesh says that they have immense potential and they must have a goal in life and work hard to achieve that.
Dinesh acknowledges that his wife always supported him in all his endeavors in his life journey. Besides, his father, who despite being old lives an independent life, is worthy of being emulated for him.
