Making children future-ready in science and technology, Dimple Verma, also empowers women to go ahead in life.

Dimple Verma is a Master in Computer Applications. She is the founder and CEO of Whizrobo Pvt. Ltd., an education center, that provides robotics, coding, IoT, AI, Mechatronics, I-labs, STEM, and experiential learning program to K-12 children.  She has received many national and international awards for imparting robotic education.

Dimple hails from Ludhiana. She was born and brought up in a business-oriented joint family where she learned the skills of business and maintaining relationships. Dimple wanted to become an entrepreneur since childhood and wanted to do something unique in her future.

Talking about her journey of entrepreneurship, Dimple says that it was very difficult for her in the beginning because it was a new concept. It took her several years to convince people around her about the idea. She started with just a few students and her team worked hard to achieve this. At present, she has students from the US, UK, Doha, and Australia. She has trained 17000 students till now. Her passion for uniqueness in life made her successful.

When asked about her role models, Dimple says that her parents are her role models. She also receives full support from her husband and gives credit to all her mentors for her success.

Dimple is inspired by all the daring women of the past. She is against the thoughts of a male-dominating society where women are not allowed to do business or hold top positions in enterprises. She advises men to support their women wholeheartedly.

Sharing her Covid experiences, Dimple says that she convinced everyone in her family about her business. Dimple and her team worked hard to change the mode of training from offline to online classes during the pandemic.

Dimple’s hobbies are traveling and reading books that are useful for her.

For youngsters, Dimple suggests to obey elders, and mentors and learn from their experiences. Also, trust people wisely. Dimple advises them to be flexible with the technological advancement taking place and to adopt the changes required in the modern world.
