After completing his engineering, Dilip started his own institute to help school dropouts continue their studies. Since then, he has helped many students by eliminating their fear of studies and thus enabled them to do well in their lives.

Dilip Singh Yadav is the founder of The Success Point in Udaipur. Since 2006, he has been helping school dropouts by bringing them back to mainstream education and learning. Besides, he also runs four English medium schools in different places in the city to provide affordable quality education.

Dilip was born and raised in Udaipur. He completed his school and college education in Udaipur itself. He did a B.Tech. from CTAE in Udaipur. Besides, he holds an LLB, an MBA in HRM, a Masters in Social Work, and an M.Ed. Currently, he is also pursuing a P.hD. from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth in Udaipur.

Dilip shares that after completing his engineering, in 2006, he founded The Success Point with the aim to connect school dropouts to mainstream education. He says since then, many of his students who once failed their exams, have passed out with flying colors in the All India Open Board Examinations. A few of his students are civil servants, doctors, engineers, etc.

In his spare time, Dilip likes to listen to old music and go on morning walks. Besides, he likes to spend time with his kids and also in nature.

Dilip thinks that consistency in our efforts helps us achieve our goals and become successful in life.

When asked about his role models and ideals, Dilip says he considers his parents who always inspired him to do his work with utmost honesty and diligence as his ideals. He says to do your work wholeheartedly is the only way to do justice to it.

Talking about struggles in life, Dilip says struggles are a part of everyone’s life and without struggles, life can’t be imagined. Those who don’t surrender during their times of struggle, only establish themselves in life.

To aspiring entrepreneurs, Dilip advises them to have a thorough knowledge of their field of interest before venturing out. Besides, he also advises them to do something innovative to be able to grow faster and also to help the country.

To students, Dilip advises them to be focused on their studies and study regularly to perform well in exams.
